This STEM event is for children in grades 1-4. Design entries for the 2026 Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl Poster Contests! Snacks will be provided. Sponsored by the Talbot County Garden Club. Please register by Monday, January 5th.

The American Revolution: The Spirit of Service

For children ages 7-11. Read and discuss selected book of the month. This month we are reading The Magic Tree House- Windy Night with Wild Horses by Mary Pope Osbourne. Snack and craft will be provided. Registration is required.

The January TEDI selection is American Nations: A History of the Eleven Rival Regional Cultures of North America by Colin Woodard.

This session will be held in the Frederick Douglass Room.
