A Date with History Speaker Series welcomes Clara L. Small, Ph.D. She will present, "Talbot County's United States Colored Troops: A Story of Valor and Honor." This event is presented by the Talbot Historical Society in partnership with the Talbot County Free Library. Lecture is free and open to the public.
