A Date with History Speaker Series welcomes Historian and Frederick Douglass reenactor, Nathan M. Richardson. He will speak on Emancipation and Reconstruction. This event is presented by the Talbot Historical Society in partnership with the Talbot County Free Library. Lecture is free and open to the public.
