Empower Me, a child sexual abuse prevention program, teaches children and adults about personal safety.  Children learn safety rules and how to develop a safety net of trusted adults.

Two simultaneous sessions:

For ages 8-16. Enjoy the challenge of practicing your best chess strategy, good sportsmanship, and the opportunity to win prizes for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. Chess pins and certificates of appreciation for all participants! Please register.

For children 5 and under accompanied by an adult.  Listen to stories, sing to live music, and create a craft!

Join us Saturday at 10am for STEAM story time!  For children ages 2-5. Engaging and interactive story time with a focus on science.

Fun for all ages! Kick off summer reading at the Chesapeake Children’s Book Festival! Children who sign up and attend will receive one free book (while supplies last) from the attending author of their choice.
