 men (AAUW) will celebrate the 250 years of our nation by presenting a reen
 actment of Rosie the Riveter at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, at the Ta
 lbot County Free Library in Easton. Mary Ann Jung will present the story o
 f Rosie the Riveter through the eyes of Rose Leigh Monroe who, during Worl
 d War II, worked at the largest aircraft factory in the world-Willow Run M
 ichigan. Mary Ann Jung is an award-winning actress and Smithsonian Schola
 r who performs delightful and inspiring shows about many amazing women in 
 history. AAUW’s Easton Branch has been empowering, inspiring, educating
  and advocating for women for 68 years, and the national organization has 
 been a leading voice promoting education equity and opportunity for women 
 and girls since 1881. will celebrate our nation’s anniversary by recogni
 zing the importance of women throughout the 250 years. The program is fre
 e and open to the public.
